Automatic Reset for Fire Shutters (ER-A)

Most Fire Shutters go through a number of fire drills and testing to ensure the building’s fire safety is effective in case of a fire emergency.

However whenever a fire shutter is subjected to a these routine checks and the fire mode is activated, it is required to be manually reset to standby mode.

The Automatic Reset ER-A is designed to prevent careless act of forgetting to reset the fire shutters as well as to reduce maintenance effort in carrying out the resetting.

During fire mode, the fire shutters shall receive the fire signal from the control room and descend automatically via gravity until it is fully close. Upon the completing the fire drill, the ER-A shall automatically reset the fire shutters to standby mode enabling a fuss-free fire drill for fire shutters.
